SuiteMed IMS can be configured and customized to meet the unique workflow needs of any practice, but some practices require specialized features that don’t conform to our mainstream client needs.

Since SuiteMed IMS is an in-house application built by physicians for physicians we understand the need for custom add-on features or additional services.

Our development team and local Authorized Partners can provide the following:

• Data Conversions from your legacy practice management or EHR system to SuiteMed IMS
• Custom Programming outside of the application to offer additional functionality
• Custom Interfaces to financial and insurance systems (non-HL7)
• Assist with creating extensive Custom Reports to meet specific enterprise, appointment, and financial reporting needs
• Custom Training to teach your practice's IT staff how to write custom queries and manage the system's backend for more control
